BioI'm a software engineer working in visual effects and animation, making CG tools for digital productions. In my spare time, I write essays on film, often posted here, for a print zine called PURE ENJOYMENT, in collaboration with David Robson (![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)

Stageblog entries make up a diary of sorts for the theater projects in which I am involved, mostly again with Robson, and the rest of the space is taken up with some media obsession or another. I'm especially interested in casting and creating academic-styled literature in more casual and/or pragmatic contexts. Please pardon the mess - 2005 was my most productive year on this blog, when I was still a full-time student, but I'll do my best to keep up with the essays going forward. Feedback certainly helps, hint hint, but as long as I haven't wasted your time here, everybody wins.
